What does MOI-SSD approved mean for me?
MTSS is approved by the Security Systems Department (SSD) of the Qatar Ministry of Interior as a CCTV contractor. Your system is designed and installed to the Ministry’s requirements, so it is ready for inspection.
Can you prepare the drawings and documents for the Ministry’s approval?
Yes. We survey the site, design the camera layout and prepare the drawings and documents the approval needs, then follow the system through inspection.
Which camera brands do you supply?
We are an authorised Dahua distributor in Qatar, so the equipment is genuine and comes with its warranty. We recommend the cameras and recorders that suit your site.
Can I watch my cameras on my phone?
Yes. We set up live view and playback on your phone and computer, with access only for the people you choose.
How long are recordings kept?
It depends on the number of cameras, the picture quality and the storage. We size the recorder and hard disks to the retention period your site requires.
Do you offer maintenance contracts?
Yes, annual maintenance contracts for every system we install, with preventive visits and a number that answers.
Is the site survey really free?
Yes. We visit the site anywhere in Qatar, listen to what you need and send a clear written quotation, with no obligation.
